Located in the Pacific, the Marianas is an arch shaped archipelago of fifteen islands comprised of: Guahan (Guam), Luta (Rota), Aguihan, Tinian, Sa'ipan, Farallon De Medinilla, Anatåhan, Sarigan, Guguan, Alamågan, Pågan, Agrihan, Asuncion, Maug, and Farallon De Paharos; commonly known as Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).

Native people of the Mariana Islands express great pride in where they are from. Therefore, in the interest of cultivating the native language, Chamorro, the word "Håfa" is chosen as brand name because of its versatile use in the Marianas. "Håfa” is pronounced with a short “o” sound (hah-fa), due to the "lonat", dot/circle, above the first letter “å” (ah), which derives from the Chamorro alphabet. Its versatile uses are in a form of a question (Håfa ___?-What ___?), and utilized mostly as a greeting (Håfa Adai.-Hello.).
