1. Use your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a View your order button. Click it to see live tracking and your order status at any time.
2. Log in to your account
If you checked out with your email, sign in to your account to see all your orders and their tracking details.
What to expect
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within a few business days.
- Most orders arrive within about 10 days of being placed.
- Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order ships.
